Would you like to send reminders to your incomplete registrants by email? You can do this for any event type by following these steps:
- Log into your Team Sports Admin homepage.
- Click the EVENTS dropdown list from the main menu.
- Select the event type you wish to view and send reminders to.
- Navigate to Reports on the left-hand side of the screen and select Incomplete [Season, Team, Camp, or Other Event] depending on which event type you would like to view.
- You can now choose which event and/or group you would like to view and click Search.
- A list of players who are incomplete due to unsigned documents or payments will populate.
- From here, you can send email reminders to individual players by selecting the envelope under Outstanding Items next to the players name.
- You may also send reminders to all players on the list by scrolling down to the bottom of the list and clicking Send Reminder Email To All.
