Do you need to change or update the bank account you have on file for your organization? Below are steps that you cant take to do so:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account.
  2. Click on MY ACCOUNT in the main menu.
  3. Scroll down to the Banking/Billing Details section on the left-hand side of the screen.
  4. Click on Bank Account.
  5. Update your bank account information as needed.
  6. Click Update at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Please note: Payouts are sent from at 12:00 am UTC. When the new bank account is added, the payouts from there on out will be sent to the new bank account. If there was a payout on it's way and it reached the old account then the funds would be returned to Stripe. Banks can take an average of 2-3 days to process the payout, and up to 5 business days after that to inform us if it failed.
