If you would like to find out who has started but not completed a registration for your upcoming event, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log in to your Team Sports Admin account. 
  2. Hover over EVENTS in the main menu and select the event type of the event for which you are looking for incomplete registrations.
  3. On the left-hand side of the screen under Reports, click on one of the following, depending on your event type:
    • Incomplete Season Registrations, 
    • Incomplete Team Registrations, or 
    • Incomplete Registrations
  4. Under the Select [Event Type] dropdown menu, select the event you are looking for incomplete registrations in.
  5. Click Search. If you would like to narrow down your search, you can utilize the other drop-downs available.
  6. The participants shown are those who have not completed registrations.
  7. If needed, you can download the list of Incomplete Registrations by clicking the Download to Excel button located in the upper right.
